to add the only droid to ever really defeat jedi was General Grevious....so without him Droids should be much behind the sith and Jedi.
Also, the only way the clones ever defeated jedi was from turning on them due to order 66. So that would be a fun addition for sith if fighting against teams with Jedi and cliones that would either prevent the clones from attacking or would make the clones hurt their own jedi teammates when they attack.
