Why aren’t ships accelerated farms?
Was there a reason for why ships shards aren’t accelerated? Seems odd that ship shards would be treated differently than character shards.

Because they are determined to make ships as annoying as possible. You wouldn't want a lower bar of entry for a game mode most people don't like would you? ?
