Why CG can't get anything right?

What's wrong with CG? It seems they can do things right is only when they get money from us...

    Same problem here, frustrating as I'd relic I'd him mostly for this event.

    Same problem for me as well and the EA Help in game did nothing else than saying I should post it here - so here!
