Why do Phoenix packs only give 25 shards?
Normally, a $20 pack gives you 80 shards and a $10 pack gives you 40 shards, so why do the $10 Phoenix packs only give 25 shards? Can a mod or dev please explain?

They may be a one time purchase bundle. If you purchased it last time you can't purchase it again.
