Why do Phoenix packs only give 25 shards?
Normally, a $20 pack gives you 80 shards and a $10 pack gives you 40 shards, so why do the $10 Phoenix packs only give 25 shards? Can a mod or dev please explain?

Well, at $10 for only 25 shards, it's not a good deal. So I will pass. Too bad that CG is not making any money off me.
