Why do Phoenix packs only give 25 shards?
Normally, a $20 pack gives you 80 shards and a $10 pack gives you 40 shards, so why do the $10 Phoenix packs only give 25 shards? Can a mod or dev please explain?

When you are promised between 10 to 300 per Character how is it random when you get 10, 10, 10,?
There is a difference between "random" Ave "equal chance of".
They set the rate - so it's probably something like 95% are 10, 3% are 25, 1.5% are 40, .4999999% are 80 and . 00000001% are 330...or something similar.
Yeah, basically. It's not pick-a-number-10-thru-330 random. That'd be nice though
