Why does basically everyone have the same skill rating?

The bottom of kyber 1 (7.3m-7.5m) has rating 3569. Then everyone 7.6m and up has 3810. This will result in very unpleasant matches for the folks near the low end of the 3810 group for a while, perhaps several weeks. However, I doubt any of the 3810 folks are dropping out of kyber 1 any time soon. They have a 241 point head start on the bottom of kyber 1. In aurodium and lower, dropping 241 points would move you 3 divisions. We don't yet know how many points you lose for each loss, but I'm guessing it's in the 10-20 range. It can't be much more than that or things would never settle into equilibrium, it would be chaos forever.
