Why does BSF have a callout to Marked?

After going through a list of Marked characters on SWGOH.gg for the current Sector 4 Conquest feats, I saw BSF on there, which is odd because I don't remember her inflicting it. After reading through her kit, I saw the clause "If Bastila's leader is another Sith, whenever an enemy is inflicted with Deathmark, Fear, Marked, or Shock, they both gain 5% Offense (stacking up to 100%) for the rest of battle."

Thing is, no one on the Sith Empire team inflicts Marked at all. None of the characters who DO inflict Marked on the enemy have any synergy whatsoever with the Sith Empire toons. So it's interesting, and somewhat pointless, that Bastila synergises from its use.
