Why does your game always crash during GAC? (fyi - it's not my system or my phone)

why can't you write good code? why should we pay for anything in this game? why don't you give refunds when your game fails? why do you make it so hard to just make contact when things go wrong? players want to know if you actually care about us or is it just about the all mighty buck for you? (not looking for platitudes here or patronizing answers.) just a genuine response with a little honesty would be nice. probably the wrong spot to ask as this will probably get deleted.
