WHY doesn't Ahsoka have synergy & lead Clones instead of Night Sisters?

Mother Talzin is the true leader of the Night Sisters. This game is incomplete as far as they are concerned until she is added with all her powers.

For those of us who have watched The Clone Wars, we all know that besides helping people & aliens, Ahsoka has only been in command of Clones. Never Night Sisters. Ever.
