Why doesn't Greedo ever shoot more than twice?

Based on his unique it says he has a 50% chance to attack again when he gets a critical hit. Yet I watched countless times my Greedo attack twice and score 2 critical hits but never attack a 3rd time....

Yeah but the description says otherwise.
Greedo has +15% Critical Chance and a 50% chance to attack again whenever he scores a Critical Hit.

If you go with that logic 5's would never stop attacking a character inflicted with speed down.

Normally whatever triggers the bonus attack will not trigger a bonus attack on a bonus attack.
