To push you to buy now ? To let people who have full rebels teams get something that makes them feel special for awhile? I personally would have preferred if an empire team would have been the key...

I started farming Rebels after I was wholly unequipped for the first Military Might event. I wanted Vader and the other rewards so I started farming Rebel Scum and now it's giving me a greater investment return than I ever expected.
