If you then even invest money into the requirements it is a whole lot for a single character
My experience suggests that many whales don’t hoard anything because it’s not in their nature and they don’t think they ever need to. Whereas f2p hoarders hoard everything just in case. I had 7* Malak well before some of the biggest whales on my shard for this reason. Maybe they learned from that experience though.
