It is not about the breach of the TOS. It is about the cheater discussion and the "zero tolerance" politic about cheaters. No statement upon this and selective account banning. This is what it seems to everyone who is thinking about it.
A post before a new release would be great to clarify stuff instead of pretend nothing happend.
