Why is the Emperor’s Shuttle soooo hard to farm?

Seriously, it’s not that tough. I thought farming the Y-Wings was bad but this… I’d been farming the shuttle for a while. I started farming the Star Fortress right after I got the shuttle to 5 star, ...

I keep detailed lists. Emperor's shuttle took me from 30/80 fragments on December 19th to 103/100 in February 17. Every day, 3 refreshes.

REbel Y-wing from June 15th to November 1st. I did stop from July 14th to august 23 to focus on other characters/ships.

 

I hear you, ships are hella painful.
