Why isn't Krennic/K-trooper used more in the arena?

Since the introduction of Thrawn we've seen more empire/hybrid teams topping the arena. Just a few that I've seen that have been very impressive have been: Thrawn/DT/Shore/DN/GK Rex/GK/DN/Thrawn/R...

This. Krennic has a single node and is an insanely long farm. Very few people have him at 7*.
