Why no new first order toons?

I think that the first order faction is in need of new toons. I mean they've been out as long as resistance and have yet to see any new additions. Resistance got Ben solo sort of as a support to Rey and zorii bliss (spelling?) but what about first order? If anything I think they desperately need a healer for squads under supreme leader kylo who suffer from massive protection and health reduction when they gain turn meter. It's not like the devs can't just create a few no name generic toons that can sort of make the faction more relevant again.
