Why shoretrooper?

Shore was the first released R1 character, he got released in the same way as baze (tournaments) , why he's still at premium price (80 per shard) while baze got reduced price more than a month ago? h...

Baze was not released through tournaments. Chirrut was. Baze was purchasable in shard shop at that time.
