Guy who won in 1st round beat a higher SK and therefore lost to a higher SK at least in round 2.I think that's what's happening.

Same thing happened to me, I expected to be relegated eventually because I am at exactly the wrong GP to qualify for Kyber 1 at start, but to not have solid enough defenses to face any enemy teams. But if only the bottom 10% are relegated, shouldn't all 0-3s be relegated before any 1-2s?I got two full clears (and then helllllllllllllla biffed it in round 2 against a guy with three Legends and 300,000 more GP) so I feel like I should be higher than 10% considering the number of players who are likely to have autoset or to have done minimal engagement?The bigger problem, though, is that my reward for winning the third round was a Kyber 2 payout. But since the battle happened when I was Kyber 1, shouldn't I get the full payout? I collected my event rewards before I thought to check if they were Kyber 1 or Kyber 2, so I'm not sure of that. But I for sure noticed that I didn't get 900 crystals for my win ?Can we get some confirmation on what's going on before CG goes on holiday?

Yeah, this is trash. If you're not bottom 10% of your...whatever...you shouldn't be moving down. If you're not #8, you're not in the lowest 10% since you've got 12.5% of people that didn't win anything. On top of that, you have a large number of people (though it may be a small %, we are not allowed to know) who didn't even register for the event. People who register and win at least one battle are treated worse than people who can't even take the time to sign up? Yeah, that doesn't fly, CG. Rework this now.

Each division has a skill point bracket associated with it

I am in Kyber two so skill range between 3220 and 3540. Mine is 3528 so that checks.

If I drop below 3220 I go to Kyber three, if I get above 3540 then off to Kyber one.

Looks like you move after the 3 matches but not totally sure.

10% thing is for end of season I am pretty sure and for between leagues.

Your original seed was based on GP. After the rounds finish its based on skill score. Drop below 3540 and you drop.

If player in #8 had a higher skill score at the start... aka hes seeded higher based on gp.... then he come in dead last and may still be above 3540 skill points.

No, we both started on the same skill rating, however I think it must have only updated their league/division/thing after they next logged in since the player who was in 8th is now showing as Kyber-2 as well, so that removes the 8th place non-relegation confusion at least

IT was a fast transition. I was moved up from 3 to 2 after going 3-0 this round. Thought it would take a few rounds.

Are we sure that the non-joiners will not be moved down though? It seems like skill rating is only updated once you log into the game, and I would suspect that a healthy share of the non-joiners are inactive accounts...?

That was my point earlier. They didn't drop. At least not yet. Whether they were supposed to drop at the end of the first week or not I'm not sure, but the Q/A made it sound like they were supposed to. Right now active players are getting demoted while inactives get to hold their position. Of course assuming they fix it and inactives start getting demoted over time, I'm not sure what you do about them clogging up the lower divisions. Do they pull them completely out the equation at some point? What if they decide to come out of retirement? Won't that be fun for the guys in the lower divisions when a former Kyber1 retiree makes a comeback with 6gls vs none! :)

How do you know that nonjoiner didnt had his skill rating reduced after 1st week?(skill point reduction wont always drop them to lower division)

Because I didn't join with my alt. Decided to retire my alt and drop down to 1 account. My alt started in Kyber1 at 3810 and is still at 3810 and in Kyber1 after the first week.

Global ranking is completly bug on my phone. Same for everyone ? If it is confirmed then it could explain why people went down with better results than others.
