I'm not salty over it. Check out my GG posted above if you want...I've got all the required toons to unlock him short of R2, whom I'll unlock in a couple days. The crappy part is over for me, I'm done farming toons whom only use I have right now is for CLS and I'm sitting on plenty of gear to gear them up I just want to wait for the event to roll around so I can see what I can get by with as a minimum gear level...I don't want to waste more gear than needed on farmboy luke or sth. I think only 9 people in my shard have CLS, and occasionally I can beat one to get in the top 10...so its not like it even hurts my payouts that much or hurts my gameplay a whole ton.
I'm just pointing out that CLS rolls around and newer players complain "Oh god this is going to take me 6+ months and a ton of resources to gear up toons I really don't want as pre-reqs to unlock CLS" and veteran players all say "YOU ARENT ENTITLED WORK FOR IT."
Now MT rolls around and requires everyone to expend 6 months and some resources minimum and those same veteran players "OH GOD I'M ENTITLED AND DIDN'T GET MY NEW SHINY RIGHT NOW!"
So how about you just spend some time and resources...its not the end of the world. If you are a new f2p that started a few months ago, missed the first CLS event, and don't quite meet the requirements the second time around...CLS would end up being probably over a year wait for you...about the same as MT with a monthly refresh...only your monthly refresh is less of an investment overall than 7 starring and gearing multiple toons you probably don't really need/want or have much use for just for the same of unlocking CLS.
