Will they return my zeta mats on Moff Gideon?

I added a zeta for Moff gideon’s leadership, but since they worded it wrong I’d like to be refunded the zeta mats, how do I contact them and is there a good chance they will put it through?

Good luck. Just because they worded it wrong doesn't mean they'll do anything about it. Same as when you're effected by a bug (that's been around for a long time) and show evidence, they are less likely to do anything about it than another game with the same mouse overlord.

I wouldn't bet 10 cents on them refunding anything. (Especially when the lawyers jump in to "interpret" the situation, both the paid and unpaid ones.)
