Will we see Jyn shards in Shard Shop or Shipments?

After the frustration of receiving another full Jyn character (and the resulting 32 shards) as opposed to 80 shards in the last tournament, I find myself in the no-man's land of being a mere 13 shards...

Well played sir. But any information regarding the point of my original post would be greatly appreciated... will it be possible for me to get those 13 shards for Jyn in a reasonable way any time in the near future? This really matters as I decide which characters to gear/level next.
