Stuns description states "skip next turn"
So she should not be removing the negative effects if stunned.

Bariss ain't the only one who processes unique like this, 3 tohers I can think of real quick:
STH can still remove TM with his unique while stunned
TFP and GK can still gain FS while stunned from their uniques
