Wrong... 7.263.. read the forums

We received our ranks about a 5 days ago or so. Is it possible at that time you were under the 7.263 required? The rank change won’t happen again for about month when current GA is done.

Rank changes happen with every battle, and you can move between divisions within one season, between events. League changes can only happen at at the end of each season.

Just 830 over the cutoff. Maybe it was a bug, but that's so close that mods could drop you under the line. If OP was remodded for LSTB when the ratings were set, that would have been enough.

Maybe Kyber 1 reached capacity so overflow went to Kyber 2. Not sure if there's a hard cap of players per rank.
