Y-Wing droprate
Well, just went 3/38 farming fleet nodes. If that's the droprate, I'll be having Y-Wing somewhere next year. I remember the droprates were A LOT better with Ebon Hawk and Palp's Shuttle...

Not your imagination. Since I’m a number geek I kept track of my progress on the previous Chases.
For the Emperor’s Shuttle, I ended up at 145 shards/194 attempts for 75% drop.
For the Ebon Hawk, 130 shards/169 attempts for 77% drop.
For the Hyena Bomber (Cantina, but still), 106 shards/172 attempts, for 62% drop.
Day 1 for Y-Wing, 14 shards/60 attempts for 23% drop.
Day 1 Comparison:
Emp Shuttle: 22/36
Ebon Hawk: 41/56
Hyena: 23/45
There is no way the drop rate is the same.
Attempts only matter if you are doing them on nodes with the same amount of energy required. As shown above, it is a function of the required energy. So if you had a record of shards/energy spent that would give us an accurate comparison.
