Well, just went 3/38 farming fleet nodes. If that's the droprate, I'll be having Y-Wing somewhere next year. I remember the droprates were A LOT better with Ebon Hawk and Palp's Shuttle...
They are much lower then stated. I did 85 attempts today on 10 energy and pulled in 15. Way off the 40% drop rate. Probably closer to 2% per energy although something tells me they just did a flat % around 20% if not less.
The reason why people are writing is because the drop rates for galactic chase OBVIOUSLY changed, compared to other galactic chases, while CG states they are the same.
In previous galactic chases they were considerably high. In this one, as stated should be the same, they are not.

Again, where have the CGs stated that the drop rates should be the same, or what they were in the first place?
And, why do people keep ignoring the fact that we get twice as much energy per day and refreshes cost half as much? Does none of that matter to you?
It doesn't matter at all when you're at a 4/47 droprate, like myself...
@DarjeloSalas This is what people are refering to for the %. We are not sure if this will always apply to all Galactic Chase events, because this information is only stated for that ship, but that is where everyone is getting these numbers. I pinged Crumb late about this so we didn't hear anything yesterday. I am hoping we will get an update today.
Since many people want to say, "double the energy", "half the drop rate", etc without any info.
Even if you look at Day 1. Way less than half on any metric. Biggest tell is the change in crystals/shard. More than double.
Basically, they changed it and didn't tell us. Maybe they forgot they had published the old Chase drop rates, maybe we shouldn't rely on that. Either way, it all stinks.
Well the lowered drop rate showing up w/o some freeking notice sucks no matter how you look at it.
You can try to say the energy rates have changed but fact is when they did Hyena they didn't post that anything had changed & it stayed the way it was in the initial EP Shuttle posts from over a year ago.
So finally making a change to the drop rate & NOT announcing it ahead of time is a Dick move regardless of the reasoning.
I've been tracking drop rates since last August, here is what I've got for today from Fleet.
I have spent 468 energy from my overnight build & 3 refreshes at 50 each.
In that 468 energy spent, I have gotten 5 shards.
5 / 468 = 1.07% Drop Rate.
Its only Day 1, so I hope my averages get better or there is ZERO chance I unlock this.
