The new changes take away the uselessness of characters at G11 for more advanced rosters, it also means that you can work on good mods sooner as well

Thank you for replying. Yes I agree with you. Your first point however is for those with advanced rosters, and working on good mods earlier means you need more resources earlier, neither of which is beneficial to new players. Solely of help to those that are willing to spend money to advance their accounts.
