Same Seedy, its glitched but what it does allow is someone like me who is end game but doesn't whale on 6-marques every quarter to go ahead & give some Gear & seeing if the characters are any more durable w/ Relics on them even at 3-4* before they are farmable.
It also allows me to equip a bunch of G12 pieces earlier which cleans out my inventory & lets me see what I'm short on WITHOUT me having to pull up & research & make a spreadsheet for every character I'm farming right now.
(Short on a LOT btw, LOL, dang medpacks)
I'm loving the ability to relic under-starred toons.
If nothing else it's going to make Conquest feats SO MUCH EASIER.
No longer shall we be chained to putting new LS marquees with JML for "kill an enemy with this new marquee you only have at 4*".
