It's just awful. I run tie advanced and tfp and when I use the tarkin I feel like I am severely handicapping myself. He is just completely outclassed to his counter parts. The other two offer so much more utility. Also he doesn't even synergize well with empire ships compared to the other two. Needs a massive buff or rework to be viable IMO.
