Zeta drop rate

Why the drop rate is so low? You get 0 from 2 sims. I only got 2 in 1 challenge in the begining. Now with the update I hope it will change and we will have better rewards and drop rate .

I got 3/4 my first day, then 1/4 and today was 1/4. I'm content so far. In the long run I know farming ships will be more beneficial. Now it fleet shipments I can get zetas or what I'm doing is finishing Maul/Rex and working on Grievous on the side. So it's nice not to worry about ships.
