Zeta drop rate

Does anyone know the percentage for zeta drops? I've been doing the ship mats (tier 3)for a little over 5 weeks now and have got 0 zetas to show for it. I'm just curious if it's 25%, 10%, 3%??? Is ...

Im having a hard time with those #'s. I'm currently tracking mine and as of doing them this morning I am 8 for 44.

Small sample size but no where near that drop rate, even the one or two times its been "generous" I have never hit that high for a stretch.
