Zeta Drop Rate

I've done 8 ship ability challenges now with 0 Zetas. I would like to know if others are experiencing the same horrible "RNG" and/or having success?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say this is just another false superstition. RNG is random for a reason, there aren't (or shouldn't) be any patterns. You don't get less credits from credit heist if you lose a scoundrel, no?
Both times I did the zeta challenge (and got the max reward of 2 zetas each time) I 2*ed it, losing just my tank Biggs because he was taunting. I'm not saying that to get another superstition going, I'm saying that to counter your point.

There is no Randomness to RNG. If there was then I would have gotten a few gold teired mods with speed secondaries after farming them for 4 weeks straight with 3 refreshes a day.
