Zeta Han is a liability on opening

Hello :)

As much as I love Zeta Han, his Zeta makes him a liability in arena on the first move, because it feeds TM to the most popular leaders (CLS, Rex and Thrawn). We just need a little bit more to make him really dangerous: No TM gain on first move of Han.

    First hit still crits, so Rex team gain TM, and CLS unique gain TM.

    My point is because of the TM gain, if you synchronize your cleanser, then the stun is useless. CLS unique is also a problem as he will give 10% TM to all Rebels, speeding up the cleansers.


    1. I thought only CLS gains TM on his unique when you attack a Rebel besides him? Is there another ability that causes him to give all Rebels TM? He gives TM when opponents resist, but that has nothing to do with getting attacked.

    2. As has been mentioned, if you face Rex lead... stun Rex first. Then proceed as planned.

    3. Han can do 30k on a basic... 30!!!! With a counter chance at 85% under CLS lead. Can't be evaded. And he can do 20k on his special, stun, and get full TM with good mods. Then instantly go again for 30k more. He's an insanely good attacker now. There should be counters to everything.

    4. If everyone in your arena uses the best counter to a certain team or toon... use something different. I built what I think was the best counter to the triple cleanse when that was everywhere, and loved every moment. Either use who you need to win, or use who makes you happy, and live with wherever that puts you in arena. Don't expect the game to be changed to suit your individual arena.

    Han is fantastic exactly as he is now. And the ONLY leader that causes a minor problem for him (which can be worked around) is dropping drastically in the meta report every day. Be patient.
  • 1. CLS gives 5% TM per debuff applied on his secondbunique. So if CLS hits firstborn and apply his two buff, he gives 10% TM. And CLS has his leader Zeta, it is a guaranteed 10% TM gain.

    2, False: because if you have GK, Chirrut or Thrawn in the same team, you will have a cleanser that disable the stun.

    3. Also countered easily: R2 and if GK is alive, he will do 17k crit on first counter and if he still has his buff.

    4. First of all, I am ranking first or second in arena since 18 months, so I guess I know how to handle arena. I am providing feedback to mention that even with the clear buff on Han's unique, it won't be enough to make a good character. I zetaed him and I love him on offense, but he will stay out of my defense team for all the reason I mentionnes before: he will only be feeding TM to your opponent team on the first move and his stun is too easily countered.

    Yes EVERY Toon has a weakness, that's the point of the game. If he didn't he would be unstoppable. That's why you don't use him against team that counter him.

    The issue is the weakness is part of the meta team (Rex Chaze Thrawn R2 GK). If you had to use Nightsisters or Empire to counter Han, than I would be totally agreeing, but having weakness against those who are already strong just means you failed to make the toon on par.

    By the way, what are the weakness of R2, Thrawn and CLS?

    My Zetaed Asajj and Lumi are waiting (end of sarcasm).

    Anyway, this was only an honest feedback to the devs.

    I used Resistance to rank 1st or 2nd for 7 months now, so it is not like it had much impact on my arena ranking.
