That is just stupid to say. Just manage your stuff better.
The managing philosophy is a ftp one, people that have money and want to spend it on this game dont feel they should have to have that same philosophy. However, Zetas are the one area of the game where they are forced to.
You dont have to be bitter about it, some people just like to have everything maxed out. Just cause you dont doesnt make the other side stupid
