For all the f2p players that feel this would throw off the balance of the game you forget that mods already did that. Whales can spend hundreds and thousands of dollars to get better mods. While there is RNG in mods the more you can attempt at getting better mods the more likely you will have them. If someone has 200 more 10+ mods and 100 more 15+ speed mods than you then it doesn’t matter if you have 20 more zetas.
