Zombie endless horde vs Nilhus Annilihate or Boba Execute

So either EA needs to change one of these abilities. Either it dies and stays dead or the endless horde thing should change. The zombie has negated 2 main abilities because of the power creep.

Nilhus isn't really an easy button. And he will have his place up in the to arena teams - I run him with Gk/Zariss/Cls/R2. Still always make top in shard on my po.

DN is an easy button (i am not talking about defense) and yes he will still be used in top levels of arena because he is an easy button. He is an easy button because he makes winning on offense easy.
On defense he is a joke like everyone else.

Up until release of zombie the easiest answer to "I am having problems beating this...." is use DN.
DN doesn't care if you are buffed/debuffed have 1 million protection/health he can increase your cooldowns and instakill.

I am happy they came out with something that ignores that instakill other than dodge it is probably the most :kitten: ability in the game.

So some don't start claiming I said things I didn't.
I never have nor every will think DN is OP
I don't use DN on any arena team (I think I tested out a comp with him once or twice)
I have not had any problems beating DN.

I just think it was a dumb ability like dodge and glad there is at least one thing that works against.

I mean really every thing should have something that works against it.
  • I just want to see the Arena become full of NS at some point so I can use my Imperial Troopers. Zombie ain't an issue for them.

Seems fine to me. By the way, anyone facing a NS team should keep in mind that a lot of NS teams are using an underpowered Zombie (because they still work pretty well, and not many of us are whales that can 7 star them so far). While Boba Fett's "Execute" (I really wish it had been named "Disintigrate" instead, just for the line connection in ESB) may not put the Zombie down for good, it still uses the Zombie as a replenishable fuel source for his own shields and self rez. Boba against a Zombie is almost as unstoppable as the Zombie, and a lot more dangerous.
  • I agree with Execute being renamed disintegrate (^^), but the idea of the nightsister zombie is that there is a literal horde of them, so when you kill one, its "revive" is supposed to mimic a different one taking its place. That's why instakills or anti-revives don't work. But I feel that that should be the only way around them instead of some crap like immortality. (not a thing, but an unfortunate possibility)
  • In the actual Rebels episode where the zombies were... they kept getting back up. They didn’t stay neutralized... it’s complete per the story how it works. DS MAGIC stuff. Chaze, CLS, R2, all OPness NOT like the story so pardon me if I laugh my head off at folks complaining about NS

Did you see the episode they were in? They literally revived over and over again
  • Yes but the ability is called "endless horde" suggesting that there are many, many NS zombies. Plus there "revives" didn't seem to stop grievous from slaughtering the living nightsisters.
  • The idea behind NS Zombie and it's unique is to represent an entire undead horde with one character!
