I only strongly disagree with one: Gamorrean Guard.
I would rank him at least knight. Vulnerable to dispel/buff immunity, yes, but that double DoT/counter/taunt combo is brutal, not to mention his expose attack and high health+prot+prot regen.
Others I would rank differently, but only by one stage. Great ranking!! I sincerely hope the devs find this useful too, in choosing who to rework next ....
