"anihillate" prevents revives the same way that "endless horde" prevents anihilate preventing the revive.
- Boba with BHR will always revive, unless it's prevented by anihilate (or execute/terminate).
- Anihilate/execute/terminate will always prevent revives, unless the revive can't be prevented.
