Even disregarding the Number Crunch and Combat Analysis zetas, R2's stealth is going to be more important than anything OB has to offer, primarily against JKR and Dralak teams. JKR so you can force him to mark R2, and Dralak because R2 can outspeed DRevan and BSF and again, corral the DRevan fear onto himself. If you swap R2 for OB he likely wouldn't even have a chance to taunt or use Mind Tricks because DRevan would land his fear on CLS and thus the whole team. I'm not even sure if you could get OB fast enough to capitalize on a TM train because he's so slow.
Edit: I will say though, he could be a useful swap for R2 against GG teams, though I typically find that R2 still provides enough to beat a GG team without much difficulty too.
