That is tricky part. If 2 are revived by na basic and 1 is Asajj there is a chance that she could get the boost if the other dies before she does.

Her boost from rampage expire on encounter end or her fleeing (escape). So just dying she keeps what she had. You can see the boosts when she gets revived and assist.
