Fives w/o an Omega on his basic is best. Jawa is also fairly effective but because he does not have an assist he is not as good as Fives.
The Phasma/Dengar combo is also excellent. I find Phasma by herself to be too hit or miss with the long time between attempts but with Dengar and Phasma with complimentary abilities and redundant speed downs makes it so you have it applied fairly easily.
