Chimaera vs Executrix
Someone explain to me how Chimaera increases cooldowns on opponents capital ship, but the very next go after this ability goes off the executrix gets to call in reinforcements.

- The cd reduction doesn't say it cannot be resisted. It's rare, but it's happened a few times to me.
- It happens every time to me.
- I actually prefer Tarkin now - I run TFP KRU Biggs starting, then X1 first reinforcement followed by slave or scimitar, scimitar synergises well with both vader and tfp
I dont have the genosians but would use them if I did, I think ackbar and tarkin are better then thrawn now
