Critical Damage Cap?
My question is, is there such a thing and if so is it known what it is?

No it's 5s and clones too it doesn't stack multiplicitivly but additivly... if at all, it's not much in any case... the new one I've seen is wedge assist on debuffed target... damage is same offense up or not
