Darth Nihilus unique Zeta nerfed?

I thought Nihilus Zeta put dots and health down on every enemy at the start of the encounter?
Has this changed to just health down at the start of each toons turn or am I just being stupid?

Also, can this be resisted? As I'm seeing very little change and feeling like I've wasted a Zeta.

    This isn't a necro. It's only been 9 days since the last post.

    Necro is several weeks or months (depends on the forum) and even then, if it is based on something that has changed that continues the previous conversation then it is supposed to be allowed.

    I refuse to run CLS and DN in arena so no I would not.
