I would hope so, but I read an old post saying the game may run the formula before it considers leadership bonuses...
Most testing on things I have done tends to not stack the unique and lead ability.
Like health gain from R2 unique doesn't stack with a health lead.
That said would need testing to see for sure.
If you want to test it use ep lead with sid in GW. Then use ep let the hate flow and share
1. Damage done to sid (white damage numbers)
2. Sid modded health
3. Sid modded potency
Can then run maths and see what we get.
