You have very bad mods right now (I looked at your SWGOH). You have only one mod with speed higher than 10 and no speed arrows above T2. I think that working on mods will greatly improve your arena rank, which will lead to more crystals, which opens up lots of possibilities. What mod challenges do you have open to the third tier? I imagine you at least have health. I would farm mods for a week or two before going back to character shards. You really want tier 5 arrows arrows with speed primary and more speed secondaries.
