FO Executioner Question
His unique says he gets offense equal to 5% of his health. Is that only his stacked health, or if you put a bunch of health mods on him will his unique go off his health in the beginning of battle?

- From the way I see it, it would be off his max health, so whatever that is at the start of the battle and increasing with his stacking max health.
- Has anyone been able to find the answer on this?
- @Kyno would you happen to know the answer? Does the Executioner's total health at the beginning of the battle apply to his passive, or only what's stacked during the battle?
