I know @Liath has a very competitive shard. From what she's described I'm quite sure there's not a single 5* Falcon in her top 50.

Because whichever one is starting needs to survive the opening volley and because as potent as it is, the Falcon still needs Rebel allies powerful enough to contribute LOLassist damage.

ever played against a maxed hmf, biggs, bistan when every ship is gaster than yours ?
If enough assists happen and you dont resist some of it especially your fleet lasts 20 seconds.
so a maxed biggs is nothing to laugh at.
in ohter hmf comps bihhs is just an indicator how strong the fleet overall is. with a maxed biggs it is very likely the other chars are equally leveled.
a maxed biggs is likely to survive a hmf onslaught so your chances of loosing will increase

But its ok if a ship dies in the open as long as its not the Falcon. Can RNG with a Fast Bistan instagib the Falcon on open? Yes. But its about a 1 in 5 chance in my experience, and I have one of the slowest Akbars near the top.

No one is arguing that lower gear is good. But saying that all of the fights come down to RNG is just false. People have posted consistent reliable ways to beat the fleet and they work with high probability. It Literally doesnt matter if a ship dies in the open as long as its not the Falcon. Cassian is immune to damage and is only used for one thing.

All I'm saying is that people need to look at their strats again instead of blaming it on RNG.

We have three of these fleets in my leaderboard. My fleet is G12+3, no 6E mods except Ackbar who is G12+4 full 6E. I find the RNG to be minimal. When the RNG hits it's right off the bat, as you point out, and you know you're going to lose. I believe VonZant, or whoever said it's 80-90% win rate. I lose a battle or two a week and have to go through one or two of these guys daily. Strategy still trumps RNG even against maxed Bistan/SRP and Biggs.

I’m not sure I’m following this thread anymore. I said that your fleet would not remain in the top 50 after you had climbed for your payout. That’s a defensive issue on a very active shard, which is a separate issue from what is required to climb. And what is required to climb is also a different issue from having a 100% win rate.
