Is heal over time supposed to activate when a character counter attacks, even though it isn't their turn? This seems to happen with Chirrut and I can't determine if this is both the heal over time and...

I'm seeing 10%, would this really bring him back up to full with one counter attack? When I apply buff immunity it seems to be less though I'd need to double check.
