Is Snowtrooper worth the 6 stun cuffs?
6 stun cuffs is a big commitment to g11 and its 2 more if you want to take him to g12. However he's the best damage dealer for trooper and youre probably losing Death Trooper in that team to pair him...

I quite like him. But you'd probably need to run him with one or two tanks because his AoE will pretty much guarantee you a counter slap from CLS and his pals.
